- Please tell us your name and where you live (county).
- Please tell us whether you want to remain anonymous, or whether we can use your christian name on the website.
- Try to focus on your particular experiences:
- What challenges did you face?
- How did you feel?
- How did your school try to help you?
- What worked for you? What didn't work for you?
- Please note that we will change the names (people, schools, etc) used in your story before publicising on the website.
